8. Harassment & Bullying Prevention - 21 July 7.30am – 9am
This innovative program enables managers and staff to understand their legal rights as well as the organisational culture aspects of workplace bullying and harassment. It promotes a productive, inclusive workplace environment that benefits both the organisation’s bottom line and employees’ well-being. The course applies a unique technology called “The Strategic Relationship Management Method ”. The program includes:
