Aligning personal and business goals is an important part of achieving business
objectives in best practice organisations.
This training and coaching program
gives you a unique opportunity to reflect on and then focus on achieving your
life goals as well as providing strategies for success.
Half-day workshop:
in a small interactive group environment you will learn:
Why individuals are seeking greater work/life balance,
What's in it for organisations to support this,
How to develop effective work/life plans,
The personal and organisational challenges that need to be addressed for
success with flexible work practices,
Strategies that can be implemented to overcome the barriers to work/life
balance.
Coaching session (Optional):
consists of a 1 hour personal coaching session. These sessions will consolidate
the development of the life plan and guide participants in the lateral thinking
needed for creative solutions to achieving their life goals. The method used in
these coaching sessions is based on the Strategic Relationship Management Model.
